There will be a babysitter's course instructed by Shelby LaRose at the Kipling School-Room 20 on May 17 from 3:30pm-5:30pm, May 18 from 3:30pm-6:00pm, and May 24 from 3:30pm-5:30pm.
FitKids is a physical activity program for children and youth, ages 4-12 years. Games and activities are led by trained Program Leaders on Mondays and Thursdays, from 3:30-4:30 p.m. at the Kipling Community Centre. FitKids is offered FREE of charge; however, please call Susan at the Rec Office 736-8440 to pre-register your child. Children must bring running shoes and a water bottle.
FitKids will run to the end of May.
Tae Kwon Do is every Sunday from 7:00 pm-9:00pm at the Kipling School Gym.
Older Adult Fitness Classes are Tuesdays at 10:30am at the Kipling Friendship Centre. Classes are 45 minutes in length and open to all interested applicants. Classes feature light cardio activity, strength training and balance and flexibility exercises. There is no charge to attend - Everyone Welcome!
The After Party is Kipling Parks & Recreation's newest addition to Active After School Programming. The program runs on Wednesdays at the Youth Centre from 3:30-5:00 p.m., featuring games and activities for children ages 6-12 years.
The After Party will be led by trained Program Leaders. There is no cost to participate - parents are encouraged to pre-register their children with Susan at the Rec Office 736-8440. Children must bring running shoes, a water bottle and snack (if so desired).
The After Party is made possible by financial contributions from Southeast Connection Sport, Culture and Recreation District.

The Purina Dog Walk will be on Thursday, May 24 at 7:00pm.
The Kipling Legion Ladies Auxiliary Bake Sale and BBQ Lunch will be held on Friday, May 25 from 11:00am to 1:00pm. There will be cabbage rolls, bread, buns and pies for sale.

Music Recital for students of Sherri Singer is being held at the Lutheran Church on Sunday, June 10 - 2pm. Silver Collection.
Kipling and Creative Preschool registration will be on Monday, June 11 at 7:00pm. Come and register for the 2012/2013 school year. Your child must be 3 years of age by December 31, 2012 and potty-trained.
